1. Agreement
By purchasing or using Atomus ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Atomus is developed and maintained by Flember Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ 63.341.405/0001-03 ("we", "us").
2. License
When you purchase Atomus, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your devices. This is a one-time purchase that grants you access to the current version and all future updates. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or your license key.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and payment-related inquiries. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
4. Refund policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with Atomus, contact us at support@atomus.app within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are granted at our discretion.
5. Your data
Atomus is local-first. Your notes, atoms, and review data are stored on your device. We do not have access to your content. See our privacy policy for details on what data we collect.
6. Availability and updates
We strive to keep Atomus running and up-to-date but make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may release updates at our discretion. The App requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via our website.
